Technical Director
Degree in chemistry and a DPhil in chemistry (Physical Chemistry), Fellow of Royal Society of Chemistry
Bob is the company Technical Director and has been with C-Tech since 2013. In his previous role as Managing Director he led the company through its transition from a Research and Technology Organisation (RTO) to become a commercial supplier of speciality industrial process equipment. Prior to joining C-Tech Bob worked in various roles for Unilever R&D and has extensive experience in the creation and commercialisation of new technology.
Finance & HR Director
MInstLM - Member Institute Leadership & Management - Cert BA
Nikkie is an accomplished finance leader, boasting over two decades of expertise in her field. With an impressive background in the financial field of B2B and technology. She is the companies General Manager responsible for day-to-day issues as well as making business finance decisions, producing monthly management accounts and overseeing HR/Payroll.
She holds qualifications as a Master of Institute of Leadership & Management, Certified Business Analysis and is currently working towards finalising her CIMA qualification.
Operations Director
MChem, Masters in Chemistry, University of Durham
Edd is our Operations Director and has been with C-Tech Innovation since 2004 and previously worked as R&D manager and operations manager. Edd has a background in Chemistry and project management and has had strong input in projects such as Relight and Illuminate looking into the use of microwaves to develop and continuous decontamination method for mercury contaminated waste streams.
Edd also works as our Health & Safety Officer coordinating workshop and laboratory safety assessments and training.
Sales Director
John is our Sales Director and has been with C-Tech since 2015. John has worked in Business Development and Sales roles in ICI and Zeneca prior to joining a start-up company, Memjet based in Sydney in 2001. John has had over 20 years’ experience in technical sales with companies around the world.
Chief Innovation Officer

Rob is our Chief Innovation Officer. He is a metallurgist and materials scientist with a broad background in technology development. Rob has widespread expertise in the processing of materials and the design development and implementation of novel systems.
Our extended team a C-Tech Innovation includes such professions as business support, project managers, chemists, process engineers, control system engineers, electrical and mechanical design engineers, and workshop technicians. We pride ourselves on having an in-house team of highly skilled specialists who are leaders in their respective fields.
